68-page graphic novel | Surrealism · Fabulist · Folk Horror
Amy Little has vanished. No note. No witnesses. No trail to follow. Her boyfriend, James Wallace, is left behind searching, unraveling, and trying to make sense of a world that suddenly feels hollow.
Then one morning, a letter appears. No return address. No message. Just his name on the envelope.
Following the silent summons into a dense, forgotten forest, James finds himself slipping beyond the edge of logic and into a place ruled by folklore and feeling. Talking animals, peculiar landscapes, and a suspicious figure named Tipping Tow all point towards one thing: a strange door hidden deep in the woods. A door that may hold the answer to Amy's disappearance. All that's left to do is make a deal. Set in the echo of late 80s early 90's Americana, The Door is a surreal tale of loss, love, and the strange spaces grief opens up.
