Environment Studies
This gallery presents a collection of environment studies characterized by diverse backgrounds and architectural structures, all executed in an impressionist style. The works utilize a limited color palette comprised of warm and cool primary colors, emphasizing the interplay of light, color, and atmosphere. Special attention is given to concepts such as staging, blocking, and mise-en-scène, which are integral to the composition of each piece. In the description, I will provide URLs for the reference images used and links to video documentation of my artistic process.
Stylized Anatomy
In this gallery I will feature my studies on stylizing human anatomy w/o clothing in order to achieve my desired aesthetic of playful minimalism. Each of these images will have a corresponding video link where my process will be shown and links to the images that I used for reference will also be given.

My name is Elise Crane, or rather that's the name I've decided to go by. And I am the soul creator of Drowsy Pigeon. I am a teller of stories and a dreamer of dreams. I am a Christian, a philosopher, a trained psychologist, a perpetual student, and an art YouTuber.
I wish to bring back a time when readers would not only read a work but see it in partnership with illustrations in a shared dream with me the artist and you the viewer. And I believe comics and graphic novels are the best way of doing this.
